What shipping options do you offer?
We deliver throughout the Czech Republic via GLS (courier or ParcelShop) and Balíkovna (Czech Post pickup point). Free shipping over 449 CZK (first order after registration from 189 CZK). See Shipping and Payment.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days of payment receipt. Add 1–2 business days for carrier delivery. Typically 2–4 business days total.
Can I return goods within 14 days?
Yes. As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The exception is brushes removed from hygienic packaging — for hygiene reasons we cannot accept those back. See Returns and Refunds.
How do I claim a defective product?
Contact us at eshop@spokar.com or call +420 733 170 950 (Mon–Fri 6:00–14:00 (CET)). Describe the defect, attach a photo and include the order number. We handle claims within 30 calendar days. 24-month warranty.
What payment methods do you accept?
Online card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), online bank transfer, Skip Pay — Pay later (within 30 days, no surcharge) and Skip Pay — Split into 3 instalments. All free via Comgate payment gateway.
How do I choose the right SPOKAR X hardness?
SPOKAR X comes in three hardness levels: Ultrasoft (5500 bristles, 0.10 mm diameter) for sensitive gums, Supersoft (3500 bristles, 0.12 mm) for occasionally sensitive gums, and Soft (2500 bristles, 0.15 mm) for fans of standard soft brushes. When in doubt, start with Supersoft.
Which XM or XML interdental brush size should I pick?
Size matches the gap diameter: 0.4 mm for the tightest, 0.8 mm for the widest (XML). If unsure, order the SET — it contains all sizes so you can find the right fit. XML with its L-shaped neck is better for back gaps and fixed braces.
Can I use SPOKAR ORTO with fixed braces?
Yes — SPOKAR ORTO is designed for patients with fixed, lingual and self-ligating braces. The special "U"-cut bristles wrap around brackets and make cleaning around them easier.
How often should I replace my toothbrush?
We recommend replacing every 3 months, or sooner if the bristles are visibly frayed or deformed. After a cold or sore throat, replace immediately.
Are the brushes made in the Czech Republic?
Yes. All SPOKAR brushes are designed and made in Pelhřimov, Czech Republic. The brush-making tradition here goes back to 1882 — we have carried it on for over 140 years.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we deliver only within the Czech Republic. For international markets SPOKAR operates through its own distribution network — please contact headquarters at spokar@spokar.com.
